All designs, interfaces, 3D models, and source code associated with Unstopfarm (including the web platform and physical module designs) are the exclusive intellectual property of Unstopfarm.

Unauthorized replication, distribution, or reverse engineering of our web design, simulation algorithms, or visual assets is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for intellectual property theft and will initiate immediate legal proceedings against any infringing parties.

The Unstopfarm 3D configurator is provided exclusively for potential clients to visualize and plan their smart farming systems. The output, metrics, and designs generated by the /create feature cannot be commercialized, resold, or used outside the context of direct engagement with Unstopfarm.

Any attempt to exploit the configurator for competitive analysis, automated scraping, or unauthorized commercial use constitutes a violation of these terms.

Our systems are equipped with automated abuse detection mechanisms. If we detect malicious activity, automated bot interactions, or unauthorized usage of our platform, we reserve the right to permanently block access without notice. We will pursue legal action and seek damages for any harm caused to our infrastructure or intellectual property.
